The owners of Cecil and Lou, Ashley and Blythe, are lifelong friends and sisters-in-law who even share the same birthday! After becoming mothers, they quickly realized how much they loved outfitting our children in classic children's clothing.

In 2011, they saw an opportunity to allow them to spend more time with their new little ones, but also help provide for their families. Named after their firstborn girls, Cecil and Lou was born!
